About Organization
Public Association for the Homeless Animals Protection “Catelus” was created in 2013 with the aim to identify and implement alternative and more humane methods of dealing with the stray dogs problem at local and national level. There are several types of target groups: pet owners, children and youth, public bodies responsible for dog population management. The main activities of the association are: spay/neuter of stray dogs/ in collaboration with veterinary doctors, dog owners/supervisors and shelters; prevention of cruelty towards stray animals by informing and education;
