The Association Arc en ciel de gestion des Centres sociaux culturels de Saint-Fons is composed of several facilities : the Centre social et culturel des Clochettes, the ECEC equipment "Les Grenouilles Bleues", the Arsenal Social and Cultural Centre, and the Maison des jeux et du Média, on the Arsenal district. The social centre is a place of proximity with a global, family and intergenerational vocation: it is open to the entire population, to whom it offers reception, activities and services for social, educational or leisure purposes. It is a place of animation that promotes the development of user initiatives. Indeed, the structure is able to detect the needs and expectations of the inhabitants. They can express, design and carry out their projects. The social centres as structures for the animation of social life pursue three objectives respecting the principles of social diversity and solidarity: 1- The development of social ties and the social cohesion of the territory 2. Taking responsibility on the part of users 3. The development of local citizenship Early childhood: childcare facilities for young children, leisure facilities Children : leisure facilities without accommodation, school accompaniment Youth: school accompaniment for middle and high school, follow-up and orientation, leisure activities without accommodation, youth initiative project Family: social and family support, group activities, vacation support Adults/solidarity: sociolinguistic workshops - Health project/Access to rights/Permanence - Leisure workshops (Calligraphy, sewing, Gym...) - Intergenerational project (collective actions for seniors) Local social development: House of games and media - digital workshops - cultural programming - activities at the foot of the building and mediation / social link in the whole commune
