ASOCIACIÓN ALBORES

The Albores Association is a non-profit organisation that was born in 2006 with the purpose of responding to people who are in situations of risk and/or special vulnerability. It has the firm purpose of assuming a social commitment in line with existing public resources. Specifically, the Association promotes an analysis of the existing social reality, in order to detect and prevent situations of need in this sector, which allows us to plan and develop action strategies focused on situations of vulnerability, lack of protection, helplessness, exclusion and/or social emergency of our environment. Throughout the 16 years of activity of the Association, different projects have always been carried out with the main goal to accompany, guide, support, make visible and train people who go through adverse situations, in order to enhance their capacities and allow them to generate substantial changes that improve their quality of life, as well as increase their personal and social well-being. All our lines of action are aligned with the objectives and goals of sustainable development, taking into account their integrated and indivisible nature in their three dimensions: the social, the economic and the environmental one. In this sense, all our projects are developed through holistic and inclusive intervention proposals that are complementary to existing resources, promoting people's strengths so that they can build a coherent and sustainable life project within the community framework
