About Organization
The AVENTURES NOMADES association is an innovative institution in the local social and educational landscape. It develops a mission of psychological and educational support for children and families experiencing major social and psychological difficulties. Our association is committed to fighting against all forms of exclusion, to combating social isolation and to offering an institutional space-time that promotes possibilities so that all people, however complex their situations, can be assured of a place, of a social role, of a place to live. The association aims: - Prevent exclusion by welcoming, at its places of activity in France and abroad, people on the margins of existing systems, particularly in the field of child protection; - Develop the psychosocial capacities of the people supported; - Promote the autonomy of the people supported with a view to successful socio-professional integration; - Decompartmentalize living areas, fight against the communitarian withdrawal of people accompanied, through the experience of nomadism, through partnership meetings and through the sharing of experiences. - Promote research on the impact of nomadic experiences in the educational and therapeutic fields.
