inclusive youth club

The inclusive youth club "#NAVSTRECHU" is the multidisciplinary public non-profit organization consisting of students (including with disability), the volunteers (who are not students of ChelGU), realizing regular and design actions of a professional orientation, rehabilitation, leisure, civil and patriotic orientation. TEAM. The group of students of our university anyway participates not the first year in inclusive actions: - 2014 - as volunteers children accompanied guests of the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Inclusive professional education: the prospects of development", carried out on the basis of ChelGU with the assistance of representatives of higher education institutions, authorities and public organizations of disabled people from all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation; - 2015 - student's "frame" acted as volunteers at a regional stage of the championship of professional skill for people with disabilities of "Abilimpiks"; - 2016 - more than 30 students were a part of inclusive teams within the Equal — Equally project (a competition of inclusive teams which will last during the whole year); participated in the international competition of inclusive teams on a competition of the award "Unity" (MSTU of Bauman, March / 2016). - - children actively participate in the festive, leisure, sporting events organized for school students and students with disability and limited opportunities of health: the tactile New Year's fairy tale for blind children, decade of promoting of sign language - language of communication with deafs, viewing of movies with a tiflokommentirovaniye and so forth. From year to year the number of the students involved in inclusive actions grows, and we can speak about the command of leaders of this movement capable to independently initiate participation in any projects, the organization and promoting of inclusive actions. RESOURCES = experience + the Program of activity of club (defining the purposes, tasks, the principles of club, its organizational structure, the main activities, the plan of work for 2 years) + all material resources of higher education institution (from the special equipment for training of students with disability, special exercise machines for sports activities of physically disabled people to audiences, libraries, gyms, access to which for students with disability is provided) Meetings – constants, systematically organized actions with the constant list of participants: Towards to health – sports group Towards to cinema – the creative group uniting fans of motion picture art which is responsible for the video chronicle of club. The quantity and orientation of groups depends on interests of participants. Events – actions in which clubmen participate (as organizers or participants). The club has to popularize the activity on social networks. On pages of club forums, "open lines" of psychologists, experts in the directions of preparation, curators of projects will be organized.SUPPORT = internal (full support from the management of higher education institution, the staff of Regional educational scientific center of inclusive education, teachers of departments who train the disabled people specialists (speech pathologists, visual impairment specialists, signers)) + external (ideological and organizational support, exchange of experience in community of the interested adherents).
