350 Sicilia

350 Sicilia is the first local group of 350.org in Italy, part of the global movement pushing the world beyond fossil fuels and toward climate justice. We are a youth-led and autonomous organisation working at the local level, grounded in the belief that real change in Europe starts from empowered communities. Sicily is one of Europe’s most climate-vulnerable regions, and we work to educate local communities, raise awareness, and ultimately encourage public authorities to take part in climate action and do their part. Our team is mainly composed of young people aged 18 to 35, reflecting a Gen Z–driven movement aiming to build a youth-led community that wants to promote youth representation in local climate dialogues.
