23 FILM

23 Film is an independent production company with a robust track record in film production. Our expertise lies in producing both feature-length and short films, as well as online documentary series. We have successfully completed two feature films, three short films, and a five-episode online documentary series, demonstrating our proficiency in various formats and genres. One of our key strengths is our ability to secure funding for our projects through national and international cultural grants. We have a proven tracking record of successfully obtaining grants from organizations such as the EEA Grants, Start Ups funding, SEE Cinema, and the Romanian National Cinematography Center. This funding has enabled us to finance both the production and development of our films, allowing us to bring our creative vision to life. In addition to our work in film production, we also specialize in organizing cultural events and workshops related to the creative industries. Over the years, we have developed a reputation for creating high-quality training programs and workshops that provide valuable skills and insights to aspiring filmmakers and industry professionals. Currently, we are involved as media partners in a HORIZON project, where we are responsible for handling the communication and media aspects of the initiative. This partnership allows us to further expand our reach and contribute to important conversations within the cultural and creative industries all over Europe. Overall, 23 Film is a versatile and experienced production company with a strong foundation in film production, funding acquisition, cultural event organization, and media communication. We are committed to producing compelling and meaningful content while also supporting the growth and development of the creative community.
