Ulpiana European Youth

Ulpiana European Youth is a newly established non-profit youth organisation founded in 2025 by members of the Serbian community in Kosovo, inspired by over two decades of experience in international projects and exchanges. Our mission is to empower young people and strengthen cooperation across the Western Balkans and Europe through non-formal education, active citizenship, and intercultural dialogue. Living in a multi-ethnic environment, we see diversity as our greatest strength. Through our projects, we promote values of tolerance, inclusion, and solidarity by connecting youth from different cultural, ethnic, and social backgrounds. Our main fields of work include youth work, intercultural learning, active citizenship, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, STEM education, environmental awareness, health and wellness, and civil society development. Although a young organisation, our members bring extensive experience from Erasmus+ projects, volunteering, youth work, and cooperation with local and international institutions. We aim to build strong partnerships and contribute to a more united, innovative, and sustainable Europe. You can find more information about our objectives and strategies in our PIF.
