About Organization
Younited Vision is a non-profit organisation founded in 2026 in the Czech Republic with the aim of supporting the personal, social and civic development of young people through youth work and non-formal education. The organisation creates inclusive and supportive spaces where children, young people and young adults can actively participate in educational, cultural, artistic and sport-based activities. Younited Vision promotes youth participation, active citizenship and intercultural dialogue, encouraging young people to take an active role in decision-making processes and to develop competences relevant for their personal and professional lives. The organisation designs and implements local and international youth activities focused on non-formal education, wellbeing and active engagement. It regularly organises educational workshops, seminars and short-term courses addressing topics such as mental health and wellbeing, sustainability and environmental responsibility, democracy and active citizenship, digitalisation and media literacy, and the responsible use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence. In addition, Younited Vision delivers day programmes, weekend activities, summer and winter camps and residential educational stays that combine non-formal learning with sport, movement-based activities and teamwork. These programmes support physical, mental and social development, strengthen self-confidence and encourage cooperation among participants. A key priority of Younited Vision is raising awareness about the European Union and increasing access to European educational and mobility opportunities, particularly Erasmus+. The organisation organises information sessions, presentations and individual consultations to support young people in accessing youth exchanges, training courses, volunteering and other international opportunities. Through these activities, Younited Vision contributes to equal access to international experiences, especially for young people with fewer opportunities. The core team consists of experienced youth workers and project coordinators with expertise in non-formal education, facilitation of intercultural learning processes, project management and Erasmus+ implementation. The organisation cooperates closely with external trainers and professionals in the fields of wellbeing, movement-based education, media literacy and active citizenship, ensuring high-quality content, safe learning environments and strong participant-centred methodologies.
