About Organization
UK S Futures CIC is a UK-based social enterprise focused on improving life chances for young people and adults through education, skills development, and employability programmes. The organisation works with individuals who face barriers to participation in education and the labour market, including disadvantaged young people, unemployed adults, and those at risk of social exclusion. Through partnerships with employers, local authorities, education providers, and community organisations, UK S Futures designs and delivers programmes that build confidence, develop practical skills, and support progression into further learning or sustainable employment. Activity includes youth development programmes, employability training, leadership and personal development programmes, and sector-based vocational training linked to real labour market opportunities. UK S Futures has extensive experience working with young people aged 14–25 as well as adults seeking to re-engage with learning. Programmes combine accredited learning, personal development, and work-based experience, enabling participants to develop the skills, resilience, and confidence required to succeed in modern labour markets. Through participation in Erasmus+, UK S Futures aims to collaborate with European partners to exchange best practice in youth engagement, develop innovative approaches to skills development, and create international learning opportunities that broaden participants’ horizons and improve social and employment outcomes.
