The Consorzio Fantasia Onlus is a reality born in 2011. His principal goal is to support progression and social wellness in the mountain area where it is situated: the Valli Taro and Ceno in the province of Parma. With its 4 social cooperatives ,with more than 50 workers, the Consorzio Fantasia is firmly entrenched in its territory and offers important services for the community with innovative and modern solutions, planning interventions in order to invest on new young generations, in order to contrast the phenomenon of depopulation in the area. In these years it has been reaching an appreciate experience in the social projects and it became a leader, a partner of work and a consultant for the 16 municipalities of the district in Provincia di Parma, Regione Emilia Romagna. Consorzio Fantasia realized an efficient network with the local business, schools, ecclesiestical authorities, and associations. It works in different intervention settings with a qualified and expert staff: -educative area: services for childhood ,adolescence and youth; -social integration: refugees treatment,and immigrant integration; -green area: green management for private and pubblic corporations, farming; activities, including person in need in cooperation with local sanitary services; -pschiatry and disability area of adult people: rehabilitation and educational project -turism area: promotion of the local turism; -planning area: project manager developing project for the european commission and for private an pubblic institutions. From its birth Consorzio Fantasia is recquired with the planning and the management of youth aggregation centers(14) for young people(11-17 years). Here the game joins in a perfect way the actions for the wellness advancement that contrasts the dangerous conducts. Thanks to this initiative Consorzio Fantasia , with the help of his project managers, has created a system of project that contribute to the training of youngsters. A project that panders to young people supporting their carreer. 6 project managers are working in this sector trying to create new modern ideas using new technologies that can appeal young people in Peer-education and Peer -information training. Our project managers have communication skills,a perfect knowledge about the subject they are working with and the territory they are working in; they think outside the box and are able to make the right prediction of the situation.
