EG Consult Ltd assures a high quality of vocational education and training of young people and adults, and its courses are in a constant development to ensure meeting the needs of the labour market in Bulgaria. EG Consult mission is to ensure the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy through cooperation with partners from Bulgaria and abroad, and to introduce successful European practices. EG Consult actively promotes its courses to the unemployed and individuals willing to develop in new areas or change their career path. EG Consult Ltd is a licenced Centre for Vocational Training. The licence entitles the centre to provide and certify vocational training of unemployed and employed individuals over the age of 16 by acquiring a vocational qualification degree or a qualification needed for a certain profession. EG Consult Ltd as a training centre provides professional education on a wide range of topics. Examples are Hospitality, Tourism, Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, Small and Medium Sized Business, Business Administration with a range of specialisations, and many others. All activities of EG Consult Ltd are consistent with the National Strategy for Continuing Vocational Training and cover the development and improvement of professional and language skills of employees and support in their career and personal development. The Training Centre is licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET). EG Consult Ltd has worked on EU programmes within the Human Resources Development Operational Programme and Rural Development Programme. With extensive experience in previous EU programmes, EG Consult Ltd is one of the few companies in Bulgaria that has worked with such a high number of students for vocational trainings following the goals set by the European Union, and one of the few training centres that offers such a wide choice of courses, trainings and seminars. EG Consult's mission and values are to support continual improvement and development, to encourage mobility of young people and to provide opportunities to disadvantaged groups of the society.
