MJC SAINT JULIEN LES VILLAS (sailing, maritime heritage, boat)

The MJC offers sports and cultural activities to young people throughout the year and also allows young people to get involved in carrying out projects. Since 2017, we have been setting up Erasmus+ youth exchanges with different European partners (Belgian, Irish, Basque, Sicilian...) around traditional sailing. Our main themes are the transmission and preservation of maritime heritage, sustainable development and diversity/inclusion through sport. Our main aim is to help young people discover new territories, the values that stem from them, and different ways of life. These projects also allow young people to live in a community and to see the difference in culture.
