DARE ASSOCIATION

Dare Association is an NGO working mainly in Veliko Tarnovo and Sofia region, Bulgaria. We are working on projects for improving community and life opportunities in the area and not only, especially for youngsters and people in need. One of our main target to work with is fewer opportunity youngsters and involve them to social life. We promote volunteering and helping to each other to improve our lives. We are very active in Youth Exchange, Training, Education and Erasmus+ Projects. Members and volunteers of the association have experience in Erasmus+ projects (youth exchanges, trainings and EVS) as participants, facilitators, trainer and organizers. Some of them are in the field of art, communication, and volunteering, active youth. In some of those projects we were a partner and sending organization for participants. We are also organazing trainings about Team work, self development, leadership and alternative learning methods(Open Space, Non- Formal Education etc.) to schools, munucipalities and companies. Our assocation workers and volunteers are; - Non-Formal Education Trainers and facilitatiors, - Erasmus+Programme Project writers and organizers, - Local voluteers who had EVS Project experience, - EVS Project mentors, - Local volunteers participated many times in Youthexchanges and Training courses(International and local), - Teachers in High schools, - Teachers from Universities, - Academicians from National Academy of Science, - Volunteers from Business field, - Experts in communications, marketing and business relations, - Students from high schools and universities and etc. We promote volunteering and helping to each other to improve our lives. We also organize conferences about Erasmus+ Programme in the Universities. We have also helped more than 15 homeless animals (see them here http://on.fb.me/1JhosXt) on the street and promoted the foster care and adoption of stray animals. Members and volunteers of the association are also active in local cultural projects in Veliko Tarnovo city and promoting volunteering, active citizenship and healthy life.
