Erzincan Valiligi

Project Coordination Center founded within Erzincan Governorate to operates as a unit of EU- International Affairs and Project Coordination Center of our governorate. It is primarily providing the creation of project units within the public institutions and organizations and organizing Project Cycle Management training for staff working in these units in order to benefit from national and international financial resources especially the EU-funded grants and funds more effectively in our province. It also contributes to the preparation of the projects by ensuring cooperation and coordination among institutions. During the implementation of funded projects it contributes directly or indirectly to carried out effectively and efficiently. It organizes meetings under the name of the "Project Talks" to identify the problems of the province and to produce a more objective way of solutions on behalf of the expansion project culture within the project units of Public Institutions , municipality, R & D units of the society such as NGO representatives and youth groups with the participation of different segments. Our organization has social and economic project experiences in Erzincan province ,to ensure optimum benefit from the Erasmus + program,we visit and present the programme to public institutions, civil society organizations, professional chambers, University faculties and schools, and this programme is getting on the agenda in the EU Compliance Advisory and Steering Committee meetings . Our organization aims to contribute more support to reach the Europe 2020 goals for employment and growth, to achieve their main objective in education and employment by giving the PCM training within the provinces to make good quality projects as well as a successful labor market integration and more mobility competition through competitiveness.
