The IFIX is a Youth Organization funded in 2003. Our Organization works and deals with youth in the community of Ada. We have 40 registered members and 20 of them are active and all of our members belong to the age group of 15-30. The IFIX is a Youth Organization funded in 2003. The aim of the organisation to support active youth in local and regional level, to organise active free time activities after school program, sport and cultural events, organising different kind of workshops and project to increase the competences and skills of unemployed youth, promotion of active citizenship. Our afternoon school is very popular we have constantly more than 20 elementary students which are visiting us least 2 times in a week. Beside of that IFIX in the last 3 years become an organisation with huge International experience and s. Our member participated in more than 40 International Youth Projects (Youth Exchanges, Seminars, EVS, Training courses.) We are together with 30 organisations from 7 countries part of an International youth network, called Juventus Soliditas. Youth organisation IFIX is functioning in multicultural environment. We work with youth people from 10 to 30 years with different backgrounds. One of our main target group is creative unemployed fresh graduates, which because of bad economical situation in Serbia cannot find job. We organise them different workshops: CV writing, organisational skills, communication methods, language lesions to improve their skills and make them easier to find a job. We also work on raise awareness about active citizenship and cultural differences in our community. So far we had several successful projects: 1. No kidding, Volunteer!- the goal of this project was to educate young people to the rules of Volunteering, and promote Volunteering in Municipality Ada. 2. Communication= Activity- the goal of this project was to increase the number of active young people in North-Bácska. 3. “Help yourself, learn”- this project’s goal was to actvate the youth to participate more in civil life and to help the process of active job searching. 4. We are Equal Eweriwhere- Youth in Action 3.1- Youth Exchange about stereotipes, gender equality and discrimination. 5. „CUCI-MUCI“- Eramsu+ KA1- Youth Exchange about Unemployment and Entreprenurship.
