"European Multicultural Association"- Sliven is a non- profit organisation.Its location is in Sliven-Bulgaria. Sliven is a small city in the south-east of Bulgaria. Our main field is Youth work, informal education and participation in european projects. By developing EU projects we promote European cooperation between groups of learners from different European countries. The learners will co-operate with representatives of a different culture;they will study how to put their well-based theoretical knowledge into practice, and they will find out the real importance of language learning in their lives. They will learn to work free of prejudice, hostility, intolerance or xenophobia .They will learn how to find solutions and make decisions about problems concerning the young people . They will acquire new skills relevant for both personal and professional life, such as communication and presentation skills, decision-making, problem-solving and conflict management, creativity, team-work and solidarity. They will practise languages already known. We have good cooperation with many youth organisations in Europe. Till the moment we have implemented youth exchanges and TC under the Youth in action programme . We are highly motivated to cooperate as a partner in а multilateral strategic partnership. We have been partners in many Youth exchange projects and training courses. We have good experience in project work and good cooperation with many European organisations.
