LUNEnuove Cooperative, that is based at the Centro Armonico Terapeutico (CAT),is a reality of care and services to people active in social interventions since 2002. Its practice is addressed to all ages of life in the educational, therapeutic, training and research field. It promotes social justice, equity, solidarity and exchange with other cultures in a place where the welfare of the person in harmony with nature and animals is central. Since many years the cooperative has been pursuing different types of projects: from the activities of pet therapy for educational projects to training for teachers and trainers always promoting a holistic vision of a person who seeks his wellbeing in all its aspects: physical, psychological, mental, spiritual, eating, working, relational and contextual. For years the CAT Centre is committed to bring to life experiences to disabled in the outdoors and in with the animals. In addition, it is already a long time that realise workshops, activities and projects including not only disabled, but also anyone else who wishes to experience the group together with the community of the CAT, in order to pursue the integration and the meeting of the difference. More recently LUNEnuove approached the European projects, with the desire to bring to an international level their expertise in the field of disability; personal care; promoting a healthy lifestyle; supporting families at social exclusion risk; education to respect nature and animals; the promotion of opportunities to young people in Erasmus +; the dissemination of the methodology of non-formal education that has always characterized the activities of the center; dissemination of results of projects carried out by itself and by its partners.
