Paolab

“Paolab” is a nongovernmental and nonprofit association that works in the cultural, historical, environmental, economic and social sphere in the local, regional and national arena. In details, our aims are: 1. Promotion by studies and projects of the products that come from the fields of Calabria, with the possibility to ask for the certificate of a law protection of this food. 2. Promotion of the cuisine and the typical food from Calabria. 3. Promotion of the goods produced by Italian artisans. 4. Taking care of the private and public green places. 5. Help in the development of the touristic quality. Promotion of: a) Natural attractions b) Historical places c) Cultural events d) Creation of guide-books 6. Free-time activities through: a) Concerts b) Debates c) Info-points d) Exhibitions “Paolab” is an association not only for young persons; in fact, when we are doing activities, the support comes from people of different generations. In our organization of the events there is involved a big part of local citizens. Contemporary we are cooperating with other associations that are organizing initiatives compatible with our aims. We are working especially with (and for) artisans, artists, peasants, tourists, members of the association and everybody that is interested in our projects and activities.
