The association was founded in 2007 with the mission of dialogue between people and especially women of different cultural traditions, supporting them in their careers, and in hard times (violence of all kinds: verbal, physical, psychological, sexual, economic, gender and racial), and helping them to collaborate in order to improve their life. One of our main objectives is to promote gender equality and to promote woman as the center of the development of family and society: we want to support women in difficulty, giving them the right dignity and bringing them to the center of attention that their role has always deserved. We are also proud to be in the field of interchange and intercultural dialogue. We pay particular attention to all cultural aspects and especially to the problems of migratory flows. The activities of the association are: professional orientation, training, family counseling, organization of cooperation and international cooperation tables, and events to promote capacity building.
