• We are a social innovation organization working on sustainable integration and inclusion in Sweden. • We provide trainings for adult and young immigrants to give them possibilities of becoming active members of the society. • We use unique and innovative methods that offers a pathway to vocational education and professional insertion. • With our multilateral and bilateral cooperation’s, we developed framework of work-based learnings based on market’s needs. • We collaborate with different companies and organizations to train their staff and elaborate proximity development services and activities. • With our partner organizations and service providers we offer seminars, lectures, courses, workshops and mentoring programs, promoting cultural interaction and communication amongst immigrants. • We contribute with our resources and experience to offer approaches on how to tackle integration problems, by creating new working methods and promoting self-development. • We constantly work with our partners to co-create and optimize our methods for mentoring and networking to achieve our vision of sustainable innovative integration
