Azerbaijan NGO Forum Volunteers

"Azerbaijan National NGO Forum Volunteers" Public Union was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 20, 2020. The main goal of the organization is to create a flexible volunteer network. Our main activity is to act as a bridge between NGOs and volunteers operating in Azerbaijan. As a result of our activities during the year, we had about 500 volunteer members. As a result of voluntary support to NGOs, we have cooperation with a number of local organizations and Baku State University. In this way, a number of project management trainings and internship programs were implemented for young volunteers. Strategy of the organization: Creation of a new layer of young people with liberal ideas, ready to work for the welfare of the people of their country and to cooperate in the spirit of tolerance and partnership with other nations. Object of the organization: To create a flexible volunteer network and support the expansion of the volunteer movement. Aims of the organization:  To develop the creative potential of the youth  To support youth initiatives in various fields  To coordinate the volunteers of the member organizations of the Azerbaijan National NGO Forum in our country and involve them in socially useful activities  To identify talented young people and help them develop their knowledge and skills  To encourage and promote volunteerism, as well as to study international experience in this field  To create conditions for active involvement of young people both into social, economic and cultural life of the society  Encouragement impulses to self-actualization of a free individual  To develop the international youth cooperation, to cooperate with foreign youth organizations
