Albanian Institute of Public Affairs - AIPA

The Albanian Institute of Public Affairs - AIPA is a non-profit institution established in March 2011 and works under the umbrella of Barleti University, in Tirana - Albania. AIPA is committed to influence the process of democratization of the Albanian society by improving the policy-making process in Albania at the local and central level, by increasing the capacity building and strengthening the public participation in all social activities of public interest. AIPA promotes democratic values and principles, civic education and awareness raising, monitoring of various policies and strategies, providing knowledge based on the latest research as well as independent and qualified expertise on political, social, economic and legal issues related to the development of the country. The staff and researchers associated with the Institute are experts in project management and other areas of social research, contributing for a qualitative accomplishment of the goal and objectives of the Institute.
