Euroopas

Euroopas is an association which manages educational programs in several European destinations (ES, PT, IT, FR, etc.). Founded in 2021, Euroopas organizes both large EU educational programs as well as individual internships. After 10 years in the business as professionals, we decided to create an organization in order to be the bridge between Estonia and the EU. As professionals, we have served hundreds of individual trainees, volunteers and teachers and established continuous cooperation with more than 200 host companies in the EU, scattered around various industries and countries. We are aware of the difficulties in organising outgoing and incoming activities in a small country like Estonia, however we have learnt from other organisations from small countries how to tackle this barrier. The main objective of the association is the promotion of qualified and specific professional profiles, but we aim to involve target groups coming from disadvantaged backgrounds. At the same time, the association proposes itself as a reference partner at a national level to participate in European projects. Our organisation gathers professionals and volunteers with different backgrounds and experience. A professional team is in charge of the management, monitoring and implementation of the EU projects, specially KA1 and KA2 projects under Erasmus+. Our team is integrated by staff who gained EVS-ESC, Erasmus and Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs initiatives. Since its creation, Euroopas and its members have been working to create a non-formal network of European organisations in the sector, both experienced and non-experienced in EU project management. In addition, we look for incoming and outgoing activities to participate in EU projects. SERVICES OFFERED TO USERS Users and participants will be entitled to the following services: "Euroopas News" Bulletin Free subscription to the newsletter that offers a wide range of interesting information related to calls (traineeships, volunteering, training) and all useful information for the sector of interest, including national events and training activities, specially linked with Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps. b. Activity and advice Possibility to receive advice on specific issues related with mobility programmes and EU projects. c. Publications It will be possible to send news and articles to Euroopas website that will be subject to evaluation and then published on the website, in the section dedicated to the "NEWS". The best articles may also be disseminated through newsletters and other channels such as social networks and local events. The indications on how to send the articles appear on the web in the specific section. All articles must be accompanied by authorization for publication without commercial purposes. d. Vocational training Possibility of participating in the training courses organized by Euroopas according to the following modalities: Study and networking sessions First level courses for beginners Second level course at reduced prices. e. Euroopas Consulting Euroopas offers its users and potential clients services of design, management, evaluation and monitoring of programs and projects related to European, national, regional and local funds thanks to the association having the best professional profiles in the sector, with specific competences according to the type of program and / or subsidy. In addition, Euroopas offers advice and guidance to those clients who already have a project underway and need support, providing human resources, teaching materials and good practices to ensure the success of the collaboration. Users can be informed about possible collaborations in which their services are needed, which will be remunerated according to the agreements established between the parties. g. Professional orientation Through analysis and continuous studies, Euroopas offers its users exclusive news about employment opportunities, internships, collaborations, scholarships, e-volunteering as well as courses, studies, seminars, and other initiatives of interest.
