Learnable is a cooperative based in Pesaro, Italy, founded by a community of experts in Instructional Design and Digital Education, who have been working for years on the development of innovative educational practices aimed at supporting European learners in acquiring soft and hard skills necessary to improve their studies, work and life. Learnable is active in various fields such as youth, vocational training, schools, adult education and higher education, promoting innovative educational methodologies in the field of digital innovation, social inclusion, green economy and entrepreneurship. The mission is to seek innovative solutions to make education accessible and inclusive for all, facilitating access to education and training, improving the quality of educational offers and ensuring impact on the learning process. In detail, the Cooperative is focused to: - Research and development in the field of education and training; - Development and implementation of innovative educational methodologies (i.e. STEAM, Maker education, high-tech leadership, etc…); - Integration of innovative technologies and tools for education (making, robotics, AI, MOOCs); - Design and deliver online learning outcome-oriented educational paths; - Design, coordination and management of national and European projects concerning, youth education, school, lifelong learning, vocational training and higher education; - Communication and promotion of projects and initiatives in the fields of intervention; - Organisation of thematic networks to promote the dissemination of knowledge and cooperation in the field of training and education; - Organisation of conferences, debates, seminars and round tables at national and international levels on strategic issues in Europe relating to the world of education; - Promotion and exploitation of good practice at the national and European levels. Learnable has a wide community with more than 5000 members, focused on innovative educational methodologies. It is managing different networks of teachers, VET schools and companies at local and national level and collaborates with the most important universities in the Marche Region. It is a member of several European communities such as European Network Innovation for Inclusion, Certification Community of Practice (CoP) and Center for Education Innovations, and online platforms that enable knowledge sharing and communication among people interested in learning and skills in the digital era (i.e. European Umbrella Network, Up2Europe, European Training Foundation Network, My Salto, etc.). It has also a database of more than 1500 stakeholders at national and European levels including VET providers, Companies, VET schools, Employment Offices, Universities, and public institutions.
