About Organization
The extracurricular activities organized by the PP 10 Husi Kindergarten have cultural, artistic, spiritual, scientific, technical applicative, sports content or are simple activities of play or participation in the life and activity of the local community. The game is the fundamental activity in kindergarten on which both routines and transitions are supported and, obviously, learning activities. He influences the whole conduct and foreshadows his personality in full formation. Therefore, the main means of accomplishing the instructive-educational process at pre-school and preschool level are: the game (as a free game, guided or didactic) and the didactic activities of independent learning. The activities on experiential fields are the integrated activities or on disciplines developed with the children in our kindergarten within some projects planned according to the themes proposed by the curriculum, as well as the age level and the needs and interests of the children. The kindergarten is located in a small picturesque town in the east of the country, also known as the city of the vineyards, due to the large wine-growing areas in the vicinity. The activities in our kindergarten are structured on two levels: • level I: 3-5 years - the categories of activities carried out with children mainly aim at the child's socialization (collaboration, negotiation, cooperation, joint decision-making, etc.) and the gradual obtaining of a personal autonomy • level II: 5-6 years - emphasis is placed on preparing for school and for its social life. Collaboration with parents is based on partnership. Besides participating in creating of the work program, parents are also active participants in parts of the regular educational program activity. Parents, together with children and professional staff, participate in the preparation and implementation of workshops, events and outdoor activities. Educators are motivated to work with children and they aim to provide quality education in the spirit of European values and the European dimension of the curriculum.
