Ethic is a social innovation hub specializing in the design and facilitation of transformative learning pathways. We bridge the gap between education and the labor market through three core pillars of expertise: 1) Entrepreneurial Learning & Startup simulation: we design "Idea Generation" programs and startup simulations specifically tailored for schools and VET systems, focusing on the transfer of green and digital entrepreneurial competences. 2) Social Inclusion & Employability: we develop training and orientation for "people with fewer opportunities" (NEETs, women, unemployed), focusing on Life Skills and professional resilience. 3) Co-Design & Stakeholder Engagement: we are experts in participatory processes. We facilitate networking between local authorities, NGOs, and private bodies to create sustainable territorial development strategies. Our Erasmus+ Value: While Ethic is a newcomer organisation, our team consists of senior Project Managers with extensive experience. We offer high-level technical support in methodology design and toolkit development; quality assurance and assessment.
