Moreover, RI had excesses of intercultural learning experiences from Youth in Action and Erasmus+ projects. We created a local action group for immigrants in Turkey. The local action group noticed that immigrant families have lots of children and it prevents immigrant women from taking part in economic activities. RI developed projects and youth services for immigrant young people. The local action group used previous intercultural learning experiences to create an exclusive learning atmosphere for young immigrants where they gain life skills as well as benefit from a friendly social space. RI developed a local project for immigrant women to empower them to join the community activities and take part in economic life. RI contributes to the lifelong learning of adults by organizing non-formal education activities. Disadvantaged groups such as rural youth, immigrants, women, elderly people and disabled people are the general target group of activities.
