Evrensel Adımlar Derneği (Universal Steps Association) is a non-profit organization created in September 2023. It focuses on innovation and training at the European level. We focus on education and training. We provide people with forward-thinking knowledge, skills, and abilities to innovate and succeed in all fields. Growth, innovation, and job creation depend on education and training. It helps develop a European identity on shared values and customs. Our goal is to empower individuals to speak up, participate, and shape Europe. Our association promotes entrepreneurship, green jobs, mentoring for employability, and digital skills to enable all citizens to participate in our digital society. creating digital skills for the digital economy, including upskilling and reskilling workers and job seekers, career advising, disadvantaged group integration, and education and training tools.thru experience. Our goals are to distribute and promote European values, support other organizations with similar goals, participate in national and international training programs, cultural exchanges, and youth activities, and contribute to European Union policy-making and international nongovernmental organizations. The focus of EDA: At the local level: • Promotes equal educational and labor opportunities for all, with special attention to hard-to-reach groups; • Balances ethnic integration through transnational projects and activities that take into account multilingualism; • Encourages intercultural dialogue, knowledge exchange, and European awareness through youth participation; and • Empowers youth and youth structures through • Balanced integration of ethnic and refugee groups in Turkey through transnational projects and activities that take into account the Union's multilingualism and the need to include underrepresented groups. Internationally: • Promoting lifelong learning to adapt to changes and achieve personal and professional growth; • Involving youth in international educational, scientific, and cultural exchange programs; • Promoting intercultural dialogue through Erasmus+, Europe for citizens, Creative Europe, etc. • Initiatives that foster mutual understanding, intercultural learning solidarity, societal engagement, and volunteering; • Supporting transnational partnerships and networks that directly involve citizens and address their needs to improve labor market skills. At European level, we contribute to EU policymaking and international NGOs. Group target: Over 400 youth workers, social workers, volunteers, students, professors, and social activists support the organization. Our youth have diverse education and backgrounds. Many of our volunteers are ethnic Turkish and face cultural, social, and geographical barriers. Most of our clients are 15+ and 55+. Our staff debates/campaigns/acts on common rights subjects, researches and publishes information, and collaborates with organizations, institutions, and individuals in the country and abroad. Workshops, seminars, conferences, and other national and international meetings on general and specialized organization goals are also being organized. EDA organizes many education, training, and retraining programs to improve knowledge, skills, and competences. We share local and international project results on Facebook, Instagram, our webpage, local youth organizations, schools, municipalities, youth centers, and sometimes media. We may involve third parties including local institutions, centers, and organizations depending on the project.
