The specific objectives of the organization include: -Organization of local forums for children and young people, to debate and explore "bullying" behaviors -Development of educational programs for children -Reducing educational gaps between children through School after School Programs and Remedial Education programs, through which children benefit from additional school training to overcome educational gaps recorded in the last two years, after the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic; -Organization of school dropout prevention programs for children from disadvantaged communities -Ensuring protection and education for children affected by migration for work abroad -Development of the Center for volunteers -Development of programs/daycare centers in disadvantaged areas of Mureș County (rural and urban) for children with parents working abroad and children at risk of family separation -Training as many volunteers and teachers as possible on the following topics: emotional health, bullying, nutrition and sports, substance use, sexual education, children's rights; Identification of institutions, associations, individuals qualified in child psychology, nutrition, sports, law and their involvement in training programs - Team-building for volunteers, with recreational activities, but also training courses, workshops; -Starting from the famous declaration of the United Nations: "We the people have the power to change the world", credit actions for volunteering, complex evaluation of volunteering activities to bring firm arguments to the decision makers who must support the development of volunteering.
