L'Esprit à l'Envers

L’Esprit à l’Envers is a social cooperative based in Valle d’Aosta, operating in the educational, socio-health, and cultural fields by implementing social integration projects in collaboration with the local community and public institutions. At the core of L’Esprit à l’Envers' actions since 1994 is the commitment to building high-quality responses and solutions to the needs of individuals and the community, aiming towards socio-educational prevention. To achieve this, L’Esprit à l’Envers works in a network and maintains continuous collaboration with various entities in the local area (regional administration, municipalities, social cooperatives, territorial services, associations, foundations, for-profit businesses, etc.). The cooperative, in particular, is involved in: Designing territorial, home-based, and residential services for all age groups, with a focus on well-being, community life, and the specific needs of individuals facing difficulties (integration or social disadvantage issues, physical, psychological, and sensory disabilities, mental distress). Organizing training programs aimed at the social and occupational integration of vulnerable groups or the updating of skills for social and healthcare professionals. Promoting animation and awareness activities within the local community to make it more cohesive, capable of addressing needs, and welcoming towards individuals in difficult situations. Undertaking productive and commercial activities, consistent with the social purpose, complementary to the main activities, and imbued with educational and/or reintegration significance.
