- Who We Are In(t)essere APS is a dynamic non-profit organization based in Rivalta di Torino, Italy. Founded by a group of young leaders under 30, our mission is to promote social inclusion, youth empowerment, and active citizenship through social initiatives and non-formal education. Operating primarily in the suburban areas of Turin, we are committed to creating opportunities for young people aged 18 to 35, helping them discover their potential, embrace their identities, and take an active role in their communities. We address challenges such as social exclusion, cultural integration, and limited access to resources, aiming to build a more inclusive and cohesive society. - Our Vision We envision a world where all young people, regardless of their background, feel valued, empowered, and capable of shaping their future. Our projects are designed to inspire personal growth, strengthen community bonds, and promote global citizenship. - Our Approach We believe in the transformative power of arts, culture, and education. Our methodology combines creative tools, such as social theater, storytelling, and intercultural dialogue, with practical support through collaborations with local and international organizations. This holistic approach allows us to meet the diverse needs of our target groups while fostering innovation and sustainability. Through workshops, training sessions, and youth exchanges, we provide safe and creative spaces where young people can express themselves, develop key competences, and actively contribute to society. - Our Impact & Collaborations Since our foundation, we have collaborated with local and regional partners, including municipalities, cultural organizations, and European networks like Europiamo, as well as national networks such as ARCI APS. We actively engage with NGOs, social services, and educational institutions, integrating our work with youth programs, LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives, environmental sustainability projects, and participatory arts. Our work has reached hundreds of young people, equipping them with skills, opportunities, and confidence to take control of their lives and contribute positively to society. We are committed to expanding our reach, strengthening partnerships, and continuing to empower young people through innovative and impactful initiatives.
