Our institution operates in the Aksaray Penal Institutions Campus. Our institution currently has 1 institution director, 3 2nd directors, 3 administrative officers, 1 teacher, 1 SOCIAL WORKER, 2 psychologists, 1 clerk, 15 technicians, 2 chief officers and approximately 40 execution and protection officers. Our vision is as follows: To implement a penal institution management that respects universal human rights and implements good practices by exhibiting a realistic management style, to make people feel valued in a fair and secure environment, to achieve perfection by being in constant change every day, and to carry out activities with the understanding of "Let People Live So That the State Lives". As youth workers working in the institution; We are currently looking for partners to work with within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA153 project for tobacco-using convicts and detainees staying in our institution.
