NGO "Atklāj-Sevi.v"

NGO “Atklāj-sevi.lv” works with youth from various backgrounds including youth from rural areas, socioeconomically disadvantaged, and at-risk youth. By engaging youth in outdoor experimental learning activities, we work to improve youth teambuilding, problem-solving and communication skills. We are creating various team-building events for organisations to strengthen their team spirit. The year's main event is a 10-day outdoor summer camp for youth, gathering around 80 participants aged 9 to 20 from diverse backgrounds. This includes individuals from social risk groups, those living in rural areas, and various socioeconomic backgrounds. The camp's focus is on individual and team development, achieved through a variety of activities. Participants engage in team-building exercises and thought circles to discuss relevant youth topics, physical activities, workshops, and other enjoyable activities such as cinema nights and hiking with sleeping in the woods, etc. NGO “Atklāj-sevi.lv” organises outdoor team-building activity days for school classes or in collaboration with youth centres, which include hikes with team-building exercises and preparing a meal outdoors or other types of team-building activities. We are also creating team-building activity days for organisations, other NGOs and youth workers from different municipalities.
