MoVA Creative Lab

MoVA Creative Lab (Modern Visual Arts) is an independent, non-commercial mobile creative hub based in Azerbaijan, dedicated to empowering young people and advancing creative practices in the visual arts. Through workshops, mentorship, exhibitions, and community-based projects, we foster visual storytelling and artistic expression that reflect personal, social, and cultural narratives. Our work bridges youth education and visual art, empowering participants to develop their voices as storytellers and creative thinkers. In parallel, we implement initiatives that support women from socially disadvantaged communities. MoVA promotes inclusive participation and engages with diverse formats such as photography, installation, mixed media, and collaborative creation — using art as a tool for both dialogue and exploration. While currently based in Azerbaijan, we are open to international collaboration and cultural exchange.
