YENED - ILECA (Innovative Learning Education and Culture Association) is a dynamic, non-profit NGO based in Tarsus/Mersin, Turkey. Our organization is dedicated to modernizing the educational landscape by providing innovative tools, methods, and techniques for students, teachers, and parents. Led by a team of experts with PhDs in educational leadership, we bridge the gap between academic research and practical application. Our core activities include: Innovative Pedagogy: Developing and implementing academic content and seminars focused on modern teaching methods. Scientific Research: Conducting rigorous research in the fields of education, culture, and guidance to meet the evolving needs of our members. Project Development: Preparing and managing national and international projects aimed at educational and social improvement. Cultural & Environmental Stewardship: Protecting historical heritage and promoting ecological balance through artistic and environmental activities. With a strong focus on international cooperation, we actively seek to collaborate with organizations abroad to exchange expertise and co-create high-impact Erasmus+ initiatives.
