InBaze, z. s.

InBáze is a non-governmental non-profit organization based in Prague, Czech Republic, active since 2001. We support the integration of migrants and their families into Czech society through a wide range of services in the areas of education, social inclusion, and community engagement. Our key activities include: Multicultural education programs in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools (interactive workshops, peer learning, and teacher support) Career and employment counselling for migrants, including job coaching, CV support, and workplace orientation Training and capacity building for educators and school staff, focusing on inclusive and intercultural competences Social and legal counselling for individuals and families with migrant backgrounds Community programs and public events such as the annual RefuFest intercultural festival Social enterprise Ethnocatering, offering work experience for migrant women We are experienced in coordinating and partnering on both national and international projects, including Erasmus+ KA2 and EEA/Norway Grants. We are open to cooperation with organizations focusing on inclusive education, diversity, youth empowerment, and social cohesion.
