DIP – the International Center for Dialogue, Innovation and the Future (Warsaw, Poland) is a non-profit methodology and research centre established in 2022. We bring together dialogue, science and artistic creativity to strengthen social resilience and public trust across Europe. In EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, CERV, Horizon Europe), DIP typically acts as methodology lead or co-lead, designing the epistemic and evaluation architecture of a project: problem framing, mixed-method evaluation design, indicator sets, and logic models linking activities to measurable impact — rather than delivering generic training or acting as a large-scale implementer. Our five core programme areas are: Disinformation & Influence; Values & Resilience; Loneliness & Mental Health; Dialogue & Democratic Culture; and Creativity & Collective Sense-making. Outputs include youth/community labs, counter-narrative and resilience toolkits, training-of-trainers modules, dashboards for baseline–midline–endline evaluation, and policy briefs — all aligned with GDPR, safeguarding and accessibility standards, with validation labels (experimental / piloted / ready for wider use) to ensure comparability across countries. DIP has partnered with organisations from Ukraine, Italy, Greece, Germany, Austria, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Cyprus and Croatia on Erasmus+ KA210 and KA220 projects addressing youth media literacy, refugee integration and social cohesion. We are open to new consortia looking for a partner who can design robust, replicable evaluation and methodology frameworks.
