Opportunity Balance and Overcoming

pportunity Balance and Overcoming (OB&O) is a non-profit organisation based in Rrëshen, Albania, working to empower young people, women and girls, children and local communities through education, inclusion, active citizenship and non-formal learning. Our activities focus on youth participation, digital skills, social inclusion, environmental awareness, gender equality, community development and civic engagement. We cooperate with schools, local authorities, civil society organisations and other community stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for young people, particularly those living in rural areas and those with fewer opportunities. OB&O has experience in implementing local, national and international projects and is interested in developing sustainable partnerships within Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. In September 2026, OB&O was awarded the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label for Host and Support roles, allowing the organisation to host up to two volunteers simultaneously and to support young people participating in volunteering opportunities abroad We are particularly interested in cooperation on youth exchanges, volunteering, inclusion, active citizenship, digital education, environmental initiatives, intercultural learning and capacity building.
