THE CENTER OF PREVENTİNG VİOLENCE AND MONİTORİNG We are working inthe field of domestic violence and preventing gender- based violence. Our organizasyion gives sevice the women who are exposediolence and who doesnt have a life safety. We also offer service to prevent violence against these women. SONİM offers counselling and training service for the women and our purpose is to make women more powerful and encourage them to make their own decision abouth their lives. We try to direct them to employment. BASİC SUPPORTS OF SONİM - To coordinate treatment after violence of women and children who’re exposed to domestic violence - To provide shelter for women and their children who are exposed to violence (if they neeed) - To provide permanent or temporary financial assistance. -To provide legalsupport and pursue a lawsuit. -To support them for gaining a job. - To provide advisory and training support who applies violence. SONIM organizes trainings for the purpose of informing and raising awareness of different segments of society. Sonim organizes trainings to inform and raising awarensess among the different segments of society. For this purpose; • Social gender equality • The fight against early- age marriage • Legal rights of victims of violence. • Training abouth financial literacy. We would like to work together with the other organizations that work in the field of preventing domestic violence and gender based violence. We want to cooperate and share good experiences.
