Strait Up

Strait Up aims to promote respect, tolerance and healthy lifestyles through bicycle sports. We work on both sides of the Strait of Gibraltar to address the roots of youth issues. Through local and internationa projects we aim to connect youth to opportunities in the EUropean Union. The bicycle is often referred to as the "freedom machine". We bring urban sports opportunities to young people in their neighborhoods so they can feel the freedom of movement and engage in a healthy physical activity in their street environment. Through KA1 and KA2 Erasmus+ projects we can further our local work and connect youth to resources and to each other. The bicycle as sustainable transportation and a source of entrepreneurial opportunities is at the root of our objectives.
