Wyspa Mocy is a young organization from Wrocław (Poland) operating in the field of social development. Among the areas of our activities are, among others: activation of young people, improving social competences of young people, integration with people with disabilities. The Foundation intends to carry out Youth Exchanges under the Erasmus+ programme.
