TNTEG stands for "Development through Empowerment, Heritage, and Learning from the Past to Build the Future." It serves as a bridge between the local community and international opportunities, integrating both formal and non-formal education to foster personal and professional growth. Our work is guided by unity in diversity and diversity in unity, promoting intercultural dialogue and cooperation within the Sicilian Mediterranean context. We aim to balance local resources with global collaboration, addressing community needs while aligning with international goals. Principles: We believe that diverse backgrounds unite towards common goals, investing in high-quality activities that positively transform communities. Vision: We support lifelong learning—"from cradle to grave"—by integrating both formal and non-formal methods to enhance individual growth and independence. Goals: We focus on advancing social, cultural, educational, sportive, and economic progress, with a special emphasis on preserving and advancing Sicily's cultural heritage. Approach: We collaborate with organisations and companies valuing multicultural teamwork, enhance international exchange and mobility, and support innovative educational experiences. Our commitment includes making meaningful societal contributions through solidarity and ecological awareness. Green and Digital Focus: We prioritise environmental considerations by using digital tools to reduce travel and printing. Despite regional infrastructure challenges, we encourage eco-friendly travel and sustainable mobility solutions. TNTEG relies on digital tools for operations, continually enhancing our digital skills and using media and social platforms for promotion and data sharing. find more info on our PIF: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EoRPI2Hb8BO3qIAbaIjG5UGH7Tpiy1PgdcM4euPRVyI/edit?usp=sharing
