In our organization, rehabilitation activities and formal and non-formal trainings are carried out for women, men and refugees who have committed crimes. In addition, vocational workshops are organized for these disadvantaged people who are excluded from society to have a profession. In addition, social and artistic activities (drama trainings, theater, music group activities) are organized for the development of self-confidence, individual improvement and integration with society. It was observed that prisoners' self-confidence increased and they took the right steps by staying away from crime thanks to the work we did with our theater and music groups. As experts of our institution, we want to improve ourselves in this field of art and realize more useful practices.
