Yalova University – Tourism and Hotel Management & Culinary Arts (Cookery) Programmes are part of a public higher education institution in Türkiye, actively involved in youth work, international cooperation and community-based learning. Our programmes combine academic education with practical and experiential learning in the fields of tourism, gastronomy, cultural heritage and sustainability. We work closely with local communities, municipalities, NGOs, cultural actors, tourism stakeholders and local producers to support sustainable development, social inclusion and intercultural dialogue. We have experience in Erasmus+ and EU-funded projects, youth exchanges and non-formal learning activities. Our main focus areas include sustainable and responsible tourism, culinary heritage and local food culture, environmental awareness, green skills, outdoor and nature-based learning, well-being, youth participation and cultural exchange. As a partner organisation, we are able to contribute motivated youth participants, culinary students and academic staff, practical workshops (such as local cuisine, sustainable cooking and food heritage), hosting of activities in Türkiye, and strong dissemination at local and institutional level. We are a reliable, committed and proactive partner, open to working with experienced coordinators and contributing actively to all stages of Erasmus+ projects, from preparation to implementation and follow-up.
