Third Culture Lab

Third Culture Lab is an informal youth group based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We bring together young people from diverse cultural backgrounds who share an interest in social impact, sustainability, and intercultural learning. Our main areas of focus are ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), mental health and wellbeing, gender and social inclusion, youth participation, and intercultural dialogue. Through Erasmus+ and other international opportunities, we aim to create spaces where young people can exchange perspectives, develop new skills, and collaborate on projects that contribute to positive change in their communities. Our members come from different academic and professional backgrounds, including psychology, anthropology, human resources, sustainability, research, and youth work. Together, we seek to build meaningful partnerships, support non-formal learning, and encourage active citizenship across cultures. We are open to collaborations, youth exchanges, training courses, and partnership-building activities with organisations that share similar values of inclusion, learning, and social impact.
