Labyrint - SVCVS Kladno

Our organization is run under the regional authority and its goal is to offer various leisure time activities for children, youth, adults and seniors as well. However we focus mainly on school and pre-school children. Our organization focuses on organizing free-time activities for the public. All of that is done under the direction of its 25 employees out of which 15 are qualified as pedagogues. Organization seats in two buildings located in the centre of the city. People can come on regular basis or can participate in topical courses. (http://www.labyrint-svc.cz) People meet in Labyrint and Spirala together in more that 100 clubs. Activities are for all age groups; senior citizens play cards and engage in multimedia activities, while youth and adults learn languages, learn to play some musical instrument, or try to discover art of archery. They could also engage in ball games or in handicrafts. However predominantly we focus on kids, and offer them or for them activities from very early age; for example massages for nurslings, exercises for toddlers, skills training for kids from the age of three (they can made ceramics themselves, learn to draw, arrange or build models). We have for them also dance and sports clubs; exercise for parents and kids, oriental dance, classical dance, hip-hop, zumba, tai chi, table tennis, floorball, footballtennis, ringo,horse riding, aerobic, air-soft, mountaineering, hiking etc. During summer holidays we organize summer camps taking place in different locations and under different conditions. In accordance with type of the camp number of enrolled kids differs from 10 to 60. Every summer we organize more that 10 camps. For all of our activities for public we cooperate with external workers and volunteers (about 100 people), who are mostly high school or university students. For them we also time to time organize seminars and meetings. We have also some experiences with youth exchanges. Two times we took part in youth exchange and two times we organized it (2013, 2015). Now we have a group of motivated young people who want to take part in some youth exchange project. We are ready to cooperate and help with organization.
