MAD for Europe

MAD for Europe is an international no-profit organization established as a reference training institution in Madrid - capital of Spain, cultural and financial centre of the country, as well as one of the most animated and liveable cities in the world. The organization is active in the labour market and in the fields of education, training and youth. We are specialized in Cultural development, European mobility projects, Intercultural and linguistic Learning and we operate with National and European programs (Erasmus + KA1/KA2, Lifelong Learning Programme, Horizon 2020, Europe for Citizens, EYF, Creative Europe), the European Social Fund and many international cultural networks. Since our inception the importance of both social and cultural projects has been our primary concern, because the development and education of people depends on cultural awareness. We have a great team and shall go forward together, step by step, so that our association as one small grain of sand may contribute to the growth, equity and welfare of the individuals. Our headquarters is in Madrid, the cultural centre and economic engine of Spain, also known for being very open and welcome to outsiders making you feel right at home. Among our functions there is the management and implementation of projects in order to encourage citizen participation, European mobility, youth exchanges, the realization of a wide range of specialized training courses, support for young unemployed, reintegration of people with inclusion problems in our society, language training and the promotion of the artistic and historical heritage. Our team consists of young dynamic professionals, with many years of experience both in EU mobility projects and in Human Resources, working with a strong national and international network of agencies, companies, schools, training centres, universities and many public or private entities. This allow us to complete any kind of mobility project, providing high quality internship and study programs, training courses for teachers and staff, job shadowing, seminars and professional or technical visits, language courses, according to the European Quality Charter for Mobility. MAD for Europe is able to provide multiple services: airport transfer, orientation meetings, accurate monitoring, accommodation, local transports, 24 hours emergency support, cultural andsports activities, final report, certificates and Europass Mobility. Our extensive involvement in international mobility and in cultural development is a guarantee of quality and professionalism that we provide to our participants’ experiences. Every year MAD for Europe works in the submission of several European and National projects and, at the same time, operates in Madrid as hosting organization for many participants from all around Europe.
