The International Institute for the Study of the Problems of Contemporary Youth was founded in 1969 by Rev. J.P. Carroll-Abbing. It aims to promote and organize national and international initiatives to study, research and training on issues concerning youth, with particular attention to situations of greater distress, according to a draft of the full personal development and social impact of new generations, in the ethical perspective of a culture of responsible citizenship and solidarity.
