Our city with one of the highest immigrants population from Eastern of Turkey and Syria.The unemployment, low education and city cultural corruption is increasing day by day. The employment opportunities and industrialization is restricted. Within the perspective of development of social, economic and environmental policy; we are firstly seeking for the ways of how to empowerment of our self and then the others. Being aware of the crucial role in supporting active democratic life by promoting the autonomous voice of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities to get them involve education atmoshpere, we get in touch and have meetings with organizations.Many Organization we get in touch, we believe that good community development starts with being recognised and developing their ability and potential by promoting engagement and dialogue between the organizations. Our first aim is to work on current educational issues and give contributions in local level.We are working with people who have fewer opportunities; social obstacles, economic obstacles, education diffuculties and cultural differences. We’re dealing with the problem of formal education in Educational Institutions. We aim to integrate formal and nonformal education in Natioanal Education Directorates, at University and other NGOs.
